Based on Sri. T Krishnamacharya's tradition, you will be prescribed an individualized yoga practice informed by your goals.

Whether you are looking for corporate team, in-home or special occasion events, I will share my love of food through various baking skills learned in Paris at l'École de Boulangerie et de Pâtisserie de Paris (EBP).
